Reflections:
As far as my choices, I think I did okay overall. I could have done without the mashed potatoes and gravy, though they didn't hurt my overall nutritional goals too much, but they were fairly usless as well considering I'd had carbs in my lasagne already. The sweet potato could have been cut in half and would have given me enough to enjoy, but not too much at one time, and would have decreased on the butter usage. I need to get some: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. That stuff is awesome and would be a great alternative to the butter itself for some things. Now, when I went out to eat, I didn't have much as far as low fat dressings for the lettuce. I had a choice of french, ranch and blue cheese. So I was stuck on that one I think. I certainly could have done without the hash browns. They were rather greasy anyhow. I didn't even add butter cuz I noticed how greasy they were. They tasted good, but if I want them in the future, I can make them at home and they'd still be healthier and I could enjoy them more as a result. I tend to enjoy foods that I like, such as potatoes, if they're cooked healthier. Dunno why. Guess maybe the guilt isn't there then? I do things in moderation so I don't feel like I'm on a diet, but in a lifestyle change that will work for me. Otherwise, honestly, I think I did well as far as my food. My numbers just ended up high, especially on my fat grams. Not a good thing and definitely will not become a pattern. I'm starting to slowly change the foods we have here, at least MY foods. There's MY foods that Carl and Ethan can't touch, then the regular food, like, for instance, bread or cheese, Kool-Aid too. I have light bread (well, as of tonight, because I like toast with an egg in the morning), I use fat free cheese across the board and we have regular versions for them, and same with Kool-Aid, I have sugar free and they have regular. It works well.
Now, I also need to start tracking my vitamins for accountability.

Vitamins:
Multi (2x/daily) - 1x taken - Morning
Calcium (2x/daily) - 0 (waiting on my chewables from Bariatric Advantage)
B12 Sublingual (1x/daily) - Morning
B-Complex (1x/daily) - 0 (waiting on my order from Bariatric Advantage)

Medications:
Geodon (1x/daily) - Night
Lexapro (1x/daily) - Morning
